For full information on our refund policy, please read below:
We have a 7 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 7 days to request a return.
We only offer refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 7 days of order. This is for hygiene reasons.
Please specify a reason for return on your request. If you do not specify a return reason your request will automatically be rejected.
Please note, that we do not cover the cost of postage to return to us.
If you are returning items to us, we do advise that you track your return as we are not liable for any parcels lost within the postal service.

We will get the right place for returns if you - just email Senchibeauty@mail.com with the order details and we will sort the rest!
Unfortunately, any items that are not returned as per the above guidelines won't be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
Card refunds can take between 5-10 days to show into your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability & approval.
Faulty Items
If an item is delivered to you that is not fit for purpose it is considered as faulty goods. Natural wear & tear through use is not considered as a faulty good.
If your item is faulty when it is delivered to you, you can return it for a refund within 7 days from the date you ordered the product.
Return Slips
We do not use return slips, to process a return please contact us on our email Senchibeauty@mail.com and we will get back to you within 24HRS.
